Interesting Comment On Penis Enlargement

A reader nicknamed "Jim" just left a very interesting comment on his penis enlargement success.  Interestingly, Jim has gained almost 2 inches after 1.5 years of hard work. I think it's worth a post of it's own:

Hey, I just read your story and I can identify with you, but not due to having micro penis. I guess I have some severe body dysmorphia -- even though I had a normal size penis (6 in erect length, 5 inches circumference), I've always had a complex about size.

This is not just a penis issue--I have this with my body in general. I was a competitive bodybuilder in my late teens and 20s, and despite having a physique that was capable of winning state level contests, I still hated the way I looked, particularly in terms of size.

Back to the penis: I wanted to message you because about 1.5 years ago I started doing penis exercises that included penis traction and jelqing. I've had some really good success--my erect length is now very close to 8 inches (ruler flush to base of penis when erect) and 6 in circumference. (I am shooting for a ten inch long erect penis) I use a "Sizegenetics" [editor's note: you can learn more about sizegenetics over my review] brand traction device, with all the trappings of the associated comfort wraps etc. I apply traction 6-8 hrs a day, usually 6 days a week. Jelqing seems to help thickness and you can google how to do this. I do it intensely, for 20 min to an hr, usually every other day.

While jelqing is an ancient method, without (to my knowledge) any scientific studies to back it up, I would say it helps thickness. Conversely, traction (cf. traction device, not weight hanging) seem to be good mainly for length--like I indicated, I've gained almost 2 inches in length in the last 1.5 years.

Also, the veracity of traction is supported by peer-reviewed papers in medical journals and results disseminated in scientific talks, for example:

IMO these penis traction devices all have the same basic design: a base that encircles base of penis, rods that can be moved by screws etc., something that fits behind head of penis and connects to rods.

But the comfort factor is important since you need to wear this device at least 3-4 hrs per day--my experience is with the Sizegenetics device and I find that after experimenting with the comfort tech they give, and using cock rings etc for buffers between the straps and my penis, that I can do 6-8 hrs a day with pretty good traction. It is a stressful process--no walk in the park--but not agony. I haven't tried hanging yet.

I hope this advice helps. I've read that the traction device by Sizegenetics is too big at minimum setting for micropenis, but I've also heard that there is an adaptor that is now made (custom made) by Sizegentics or its competition, like Andropenis. These companies are very helpful, both have replied to my emails and I suggest contacting them.
